UN accommodates human rights abuses by police in Haiti

U.N. ambulance arrives on the scene Feb. 28, 2005 to clean up after the carnage left in the wake of a viscious attack on unarmed demonstrators. Following the carnage of Feb. 28 the U.N. representatives from Chile and Brazil, Juan Gabriel Valdes and General Heleno Ribera, tell the world they will intervene to stop the police from shooting at peaceful demonstrations
