UN accommodates human rights abuses by police in Haiti

As the march proceeds back towards Bel-Air, units of the Haitian SWAT team appear for a second time. Again, the presence of press and cameras deters them from firing. Members of the press run back to inform the U.N. who finally arrives on the scene.
